Frank Liberio is the Founder and Managing Principal of Strategy2Execution Advisory LLC. S2E provides expert assistance in building and executing IT/Digital Strategy initiatives. Service offerings encompass construction of technology and digital roadmaps as well as full transformation plans for IT/Digital organizations. To accomplish this, Frank’s leverages his 30+ years of experience including his time as Global CIO of McDonald’s as well as his consulting experience at CapGemini and the Boston Consulting group.

Laura Townsend
Laura has 27 years of experience in financial, accounting, cash management, and consumer/corporate payment product management at companies including Deloitte & Touche and McDonald’s Corporation. She has held leadership positions at Merchant Advisory Group and EMV Migration Forum where she helped to drive positive change in payments through industry stakeholder collaboration, education, and networking opportunities for retailers on the topic of payment related matters. Laura was nominated for the 2019 Distinguished Payments Professional award celebrated by Women in Payments, a lifetime achievement honor to recognize a leading woman who has made a significant contribution to the payments industry and is awarded to a woman who is an acknowledged trendsetter, role model, and positive contributor to the industry.

Nadia is currently Lead Graphic Designer at S2E delivering website design and creative support for senior leadership. Nadia is extremely dedicated to her craft and always brings creative new thinking forward for the benefit of her clients. She also has shown great academic achievement at both her former school, Grand Valley State University, and UIC. She was named on the Dean’s List at both universities and was asked to enroll in UIC’s Honors College.
